On all weekend days from October through March, we welcome you at 1 p.m. for a four-course surprise menu featuring game from our own Park. The four courses consist of dishes of locally slaughtered game with vegetables and herbs from our own vegetable garden. Each month the composition of the menu changes, depending on the supply of local ingredients and the inspiration of our chef. An amuse bouche and bread on the table are included. Our staff will be happy to advise you on matching wines.
