Whenever possible, our cooking incorporates produce that comes fresh from the Park, such as game and vegetables from our own kitchen garden. We also work with the finest suppliers, from Holtkamp patisserie and Hilvers Bakery to the Remeker Cheese Farm. Our chefs take inspiration from the seasons and what the Park and its surroundings have to offer. Did you know that several products that feature on our menu are also for sale in our Park Shop?
