Summer evening surprise menu
Enjoy a delicious three-course surprise menu composed by our chef, available from April to August. The three courses consist of changing seasonal produce, fresh from the Park and its immediate surroundings.
In the spring and summer period, our chefs prepare a special three-course surprise menu. Three courses full of changing seasonal products take you bite by bite through the Park and its immediate surroundings. Vegetables and herbs from our vegetable garden and, where possible, our own game and other down-to-earth Dutch products are often given an exotic touch by our chef.
The booking is free of charge and ensures that your spot is reserved, even on busy days. You pay for the dinner itself at the restaurant. Do you have an allergy or food preference? Please let us know after your booking via reserveringen@hogeveluwe.nl
Tip: combine this surprise menu with the dinner promotion when you enter the Park after 5 PM and pay no entrance fees.
Practical information
Dates: Daily from April 5 to August 31
Time: The menu can be booked in advance until 4:00 PM and the restaurant serves dinner from 4:30 PM until one hour before closing time of the Park
Location: Restaurant De Hoge Veluwe
Price: The reservation is free. The cost of the dinner is €37.50 per person, which you pay on site in Restaurant De Hoge Veluwe
Conditions: The menu can only be reserved for the entire table (children excluded)
Free entry when you dine with us
From 1 April to 31 August, you can come and enjoy everything De Hoge Veluwe National Park has to offer at an extra discount. If you buy a day ticket at one of the Park entrances after 5pm and then have dinner at Restaurant De Hoge Veluwe, we will refund your entrance fee (excluding any car charges).
